The franchisee should operate as per the rules and regulations of Paradise Holidays Cochin and any modifications will be intimated through post/email from time to time |

Furnishing of office should be as per the guidelines of Paradise Holidays, which will be given to you once you get approval from the company |

Number of staff will be decided upon the zone where the franchise is operated and this decision will be taken by Paradise Holidays management. Salary structure can be decided by franchise owner |

Paradise Holidays will not be able to fulfill any commitments made by the franchisee on behalf of Paradise Holidays Cochin by misinterpretation |

|
The franchisee should not make any financial commitments on behalf of the company |
|
|
The franchise can sell every service of Paradise Holidays, but cannot sell any of the services above the rate fixed by the company. Your earnings will be the commission set between you and the company |
|
|
Any franchise can use logo of Paradise Holidays for their promotion activities and should display the logo in front of every office |
