 Once you are conformed the itinerary, you can inform us the date of travel to initiate the booking process. We will be sending a conformation email with tour details and our bank account number. On receipt of your conformation and advance amount, we initiate with hotel, vehicle and houseboat bookings.
You will be receiving cab details through SMS one day prior to your day of arrival
Reservation Process
For booking you can transfer a minimum amount of Rs. 3000/- to our company account which will be communicated to you along with conformation email. Balance amount need to be settled before commencing the tour. You can transfer the advance amount online, deposit cheque or can directly deposit cash in the bank and can inform us the money transfer details through mail. You will receive email on receipt of the amount.
Advance amount will vary depends on type of service and hotels booked in rare cases, which will be communicated to you on time.
Amendment Policy
We try to amend a service without any extra charge if the booking policy of hotels permits and depends on the availability of rooms. Tour once commenced should adhere to the finalized itinerary and any extra expenses for amendments have to be bared by the guest directly. In case of any unforeseen circumstances and events beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or part of the itinerary for the safety of our esteemed guests
Cancellation/No Show/Early Departure
All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.
Refund for cancellation is as mentioned below with a minimum cancellation amount of Rs. 1000/-. The cancellation amount also depends on cancellation policy of hotels and houseboats booked. All refund will be processed within two weeks on receipt of email.

Less than 7 days or no show – NO REFUND |
In case of early departure because of any unforeseen incidents, we tries to withdraw all bookings there forth and refund will be solely depends on the amount which can be recovered from unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund, but will assist you in the best possible way.
