A visit to Shirdi had been on our minds for a while, and finally, on February 8, 2025, my wife, Sreedevi, and I set out on a spiritual trip from Nashik to seek the blessings of Sai Baba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Journey from Nashik to Shirdi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We started our journey from Nashik at 2:30 PM, enjoying the peaceful drive through the countryside. The route was smooth, and the anticipation of visiting the sacred town made the journey even more special. By 5:30 PM, we reached Shirdi, feeling a deep sense of serenity as we entered the town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check-in and Freshening Up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since our VIP Darshan was booked for 7:00 PM, we had some time before heading to the temple. We checked into our hotel, where we quickly freshened up and got ready for the divine experience ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darshan at Sai Baba Temple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The temple, which operates from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM, was already bustling with devotees when we arrived. With our VIP passes, we were able to enter the temple without much waiting, allowing us to focus on the spiritual experience. Standing before Sai Baba’s idol, we felt a sense of peace and devotion wash over us. The atmosphere was truly divine, with chants and prayers echoing all around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prasadam and Offerings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After the darshan, we visited the temple\u2019s Bhojanalaya, located 2 km away, where we had the Prasad Bhojan. The simple yet delicious meal filled us with a sense of gratitude and fulfillment. Before leaving, we also purchased the famous temple Ladu as prasadam to take home and share with our loved ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Journey Back to Mumbai and Flight to Kochi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On February 9th, we left Shirdi at 10:30 AM towards Mumbai. The road conditions were good, making the journey comfortable and smooth. We reached Mumbai in just four hours, giving us ample time to relax before our evening flight to Kochi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final Thoughts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Visiting Shirdi was a fulfilling experience, reinforcing our faith and bringing immense inner peace. The journey, the darshan, and the overall spiritual vibe made it a trip to remember.
