Mr. Ratheesh R. Nath, an IIM alumnus with an MS from Coventry University, started working in tourism to pursue his desire of starting his own business. When he changed careers from being an analyst at TATA Motors to working in tourism, he carried with him a wealth of information technology knowledge that aided the business's rapid expansion. He is a philanthropist who also has interests in marketing, sales, strategy, soft skill development, and counseling.

Ms. Sreedevi, who has an M. Tech from Amrita University, joined Ratheesh when he got married in 2011. She resigned from her position as an assistant professor at an engineering college, but her interest in managing operations and enthusiasm for it, combined with her HR skills, allowed her to handle Paradise Holidays' operations with ease. Her operational tactics have become a model for other businesses in the sector. PR, teaching, and cooking are among further interests.

The organization became a dependable travel companion for visitors organizing their trip to Kerala thanks to a committed workforce that views Paradise as their family. We have various departments, each of which is capable of ensuring that its responsibilities are met and that it operates more effectively. With most departments being led by women, we have set an example for women's empowerment as well. Our whole operations team is made up of members of the neighborhood, helping to assist the village where our office is situated.

Once you land in Kerala, you are our guest. We make arrangements for your pick-up. If you have selected rooms for freshening up, you will also get a complimentary breakfast. Then in our office, you will be given a brief idea about the itinerary. You can then proceed with your trip with a fresh mind.

Houseboat is an authentic product of Kerala. The basic houseboat starts with Deluxe, Luxury and Premium. Deluxe houseboats will have very basic amenities. For a better experience, you can ask the executive to give you a premium or luxury houseboat especially during the summer season.

Yes, our packages include pick up services from the airport/railway station or bus stop.

Kerala is considered an all-time destination with June to August being monsoon season and post monsoon is equally good.
